CBI+Team Loans 4 Business Program Brings New Franchise to NWA

Ryan Gray and his sister Lisa had a dream. They wanted to bring a Good Feet Worldwide franchise to Northwest Arkansas. Yet as any business buyer knows, a dream can only go so far without money. After a fruitless search for lenders, Ryan came across the CBI+Team's Loans for Business (cbiteam.com/l4b) program. After learning a little about the program, Ryan reached out to Kelly Tivis, Business Manager for the CBI+Team. 

Kelly responded to the inquiry, and explained the finer details of the L4B program. Essentially this program is designed to generate competitive quotes from a large pool of participating lenders, in order to provide the best deal possible for business buyers. Ryan, who thus far had been unable to generate a single loan proposal on his own, quickly signed up for the program. 

Kelly and Ryan then worked together closely to pull together the information needed for a L4B package. This would be all the information a potential lender would need to review in order to properly evaluate the deal and make a proposal. Once the information was collected, Kelly organized and uploaded the documents in a CDR (Confidential Deal Room) which lenders were then invited to view.

Within a few days Ryan had gone from zero to seven loans proposals, all while completing his franchise training in California. Once the proposals were in, Kelly and Ryan reviewed each one, and Ryan Chose the deal he preferred. After selecting a deal, Ryan opened up conversation with the lender, and eventually got the deal done.
