Floorhaus Design Center-SOLD!


Floorhaus Design Center in Bixby, Oklahoma has new owners according to Roy Still Managing Partner of the CBI+Team Tulsa office. Floorhaus has been doing business in Tulsa for 35 years, and has developed a reputation for excellent service in flooring sales, installation, and interior design. The new owners Clay and Hank Bird are looking forward to continuing the tradition of quality service and products.

The CBI+Team first contacted Floorhaus regarding a TAP (www.tapbiz.biz) buyer who was interested in the flooring industry. While that buyer would go on to purchase a different business, Roy Still built a great relationship with Virgil and Beth Klaus. Roy continued to work with Virgil and Beth over the next several months and the business was listed for sale in December of 2016.

Roy’s diligence and hard would pay off less than three months later when the sale of the business was finalized in early March. This is just the latest in the success of the CBI+Team Tulsa office where Managing Partner Roy Still has a 100% success on his engagements to sell businesses.

Turf Land Equipment-SOLD!

Turf/Land Equipment (TLE)  has transferred ownership according to Roy Still, Managing Partner of the CBI+Team Tulsa office. TLE is located in Claremore, Oklahoma, just a few miles outside of Tulsa and has been serving the area with quality equipment sales and service since 1979. New owner Alan Aberle is excited to begin this new chapter in TLE’s history. He remains dedicated to the same standards of high-quality equipment and professional service Turf Land’s customers have come to expect. 

Roy continued his perfect 100% sales record, by helping move this deal along to the closing table, despite several challenges. Roy managed the expectations of both the sellers, as well the buyer, in order to create the best all-around deal for all parties involved.

This is the second business sale for the Tulsa office this year, and it is poised to become the best business intermediary firm serving the greater Tulsa region.

It's Tulsa Time...CBI Opens Fourth Full Service Office


Roy Still has acquired the Confidential Business Intermediaries/The CBI TEAM license for the metro Tulsa, Oklahoma area according to CBI Chairman Carl E. Grimes. Mr. Still becomes the fourth Managing Partner of the CBI+Team network. Mr. Still has opened the new office on the fifteenth floor of the iconic Remington Tower at 5810 East Skelly Drive in Tulsa. 

Mr. Grimes noted that the Tulsa office has the distinction of a 100% success rate selling the businesses it has listed. CBI/Tulsa offers full service sales-mergers and acquisitions for small, medium as well as larger, complex main-street businesses, manufacturing and lower mid-market companies.

After graduating, his career started in retail as an Operations Manager where he was responsible for multiple acquisitions and new unit startups. He ultimately managed the operations of a substantial number of locations throughout the southern states. He also worked as Vice President of Sales for a publically traded automotive chain operating in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas and Missouri. In early 2013, Roy joined CBI+Team as an Intermediary for the Tulsa market and ultimately became Managing Partner. 

Through the years Roy has successfully owned and operated several businesses including; a store fixture distribution company, a chain of check advance and loan offices,  an import/export company, a large antique store, a workers-comp loss-mitigation company, home decor store, laundry,  a towing & recovery service, online sporting goods company and an insurance agency.

With his experience, Roy has gained an understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face when it comes to selling or buying a business.  His objective is to provide the utmost professionalism, competent service and confidentiality beyond reproach.
