Please complete this form in order to register for the Community Workshop, which will be held on May 20th. "Getting Started with Social Enterprise" is a FREE workshop. The workshop will be held at The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, located at 3805 Edwards Road, Room 500, Cincinnati, OH 45209-1948. The workshop will be held at two different times - the morning session will be from 9:00AM to Noon and the afternoon session will be from 1:00PM to 4:00PM. On-site parking is available. Each member from your organization that will attend must RSVP individually and indicate which session he or she will attend.
